6 month contract plus extensions 2 openings to fill   ***Pay Rate Max of $47*** ***Citizenship is required*** ***OT is required*** ***Job Location: Chester VA*** Currently we are in need of Sr. Migration Engineers and Architects with experience in Quest migratory tools and migrations of Groupwise to Exchange 2003; Novell to Windows. The Sr. Migration Engineer/ Architect will be responsible for leading projects involving Groupwise to Exchange 2003; Novell to Windows from migration planning to deployment. The successful Sr. Migration Engineer / Architect will have extensive knowledge of Quest Migrator tools and Groupwise to Exchange 2003 or Novell to Windows environments migration planning and deployment experience. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing expertise in all areas of Quest migratory tools and Groupwise to Exchange 2003 or Novell to Windowsmigration related services. The Sr. Migration Engineer / Architect will understand general networking architecture and have experience working on large (1000+ seats) projects. This is a senior consulting position and as such, Sr. Migration Engineer /Architect will be responsible for working under tight deadlines with little direction, supervision or assistance. Candidates must have a combination the following skills: Groupwise, Novell, Exchange 2007, Windows 2008, Quest Migrator tools, Active Directory 2008 Desirable Experience for the position of Sr. Migration Engineer / Architect : Experience with the Quest Migrator Tool Novell to Windows Server 2005 Migrations Groupwise to Exchange 2003 Migrations Novell to Active Directory Migration experience Familiar with MOSS, OCS, and SCCM, Groupwise, Exchange, Netware Educational and Experience Preferences for the position of Sr. Migration Engineer / Architect : Certification: A+, MCSA, MCSE, MCTS,MCITP or equivalent required Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server products, Networking Technologies, DNS, WINS, Novell, Groupwise, Netware Technical Writing and Presentation experience a plus Networking and IT Security knowledge and experience is a plus Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, Doctoral degree or equivalent experience.
